Job purpose

  • Taking part in supervising titles with relevant Game Teams and other parties inside the company, with the target to maximize their profits.
  • Supervising the titles assigned under his / her responsibility (including but not limited to processes, P&L, game development metrics, store presence, featuring requirements, etc) to deliver the projects on time with top quality Gameloft standard and following all platforms requirements.
  • Be the owner in front of HQ and other related managers in regards to diverse topics related to the platforms managed for the titles under his / her responsibility

Principal Accountabilities

  1. Resource Management:
  • When applicable, work with Game Teams (PROD, QA, GD, GFX, etc) in order to plan the resource efficiently and optimize when possible for the projects assigned.
  • When applicable, assist & advice Game Managers and Operations Managers concerning resource planning allocation / needs in order to ensure a smooth run of the operations.
  1. Project Management and Support:
  • Regularly checking with Game Teams about their project status to give necessary instructions or support to anticipate, prevent problems or find out solutions, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time and respecting the platform needs
  • Actively reviewing the quality of the titles under his / her responsibility to ensure a smooth experience for the final user, respecting the company quality standards.
  • Ensuring and monitoring that game health is stable. Play the role of trouble shooter and advising / supporting Game Teams in working process and / or emergencies with other studios and HQ for best efficiency. This includes but is not limited to: Servers, IAP, Ratings, Crashes, Sales, Alarms, etc.
  • Constantly reviewing KPIs of the projects assigned under his / her  responsibility to ensure a stable / growing environment for the product in all different platforms
  • Having an innovative approach while proposing features and changes related to each platform, or even gameplay when possible, in order to adjust the metrics if situation requires it. This includes but is not limited to: Costs, Installs, DAU, PAU, ARPI, ARPDAU, etc.
  • Ensuring efficiency in the implementations of new features / requests from HQ or other pertinent Managers in the respective projects assigned under his / her responsibility. Able to provide instant feedback real time of the status of it once requested.
  • Able to work on some ad-hoc reports and macro assignations once the situation requires it, not only for the titles under his / her responsibility, but also covering the whole Operations division. This includes but is not limited to: R&D, metrics reports, etc.
  • Having good understanding of not only the assigned games but also all tasks assigned in the whole division.
  • Be the contact person of Game Managers / HQ / relevant Managers for centralizing and providing status of any issues related to the titles assigned under his / her responsibility; actively giving feedbacks, communicating and negotiating with them to get all needed information and elements to ensure smooth progress for the assigned projects on the managed platforms

Reporting

  • Reporting actively and in proactive manner to Game Manager / Game Operations Director / Operations Management / HQ Top Management / Exec Producers and other transversal managers (PMM / PM / etc.).

Feedback

  • Feedback the received builds in a meaningful manner towards the game teams, highlighting issues that might stop the production cycle or cause delays to the projects.
