Gameloft is seeking a skilled Game Producer (Project Manager) to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of game production processes. As a Game Producer, you will oversee the development of new content, optimize workflows, and collaborate closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Support and enhance game production processes, while creating new workflows to ensure efficiency across all stages of development.
• Team Collaboration: Maintain continuous communication with the production team, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality deliverables on time.
• Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed plans for each game update, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines within a dynamic environment.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including brand licensors, to manage project requirements and maintain alignment with Disney’s IP guidelines.
• Live Operations: Provide insights and best practices around production workflows, live operations, player feedback, and overall team health.
• Process Optimization: Analyze team performance and implement processes to improve efficiency, mitigate risks, and resolve problems proactively.
• Delivery management: be sure that project updates deliver in time within planned and agreed scope.
